This stylish villa and has great outdoor areas to make sure you enjoy its sea, coast, and mountain views. You can walk to restaurants on your way to the nearby beach, or before a day of exploring Crete’s villages and natural wonders. Unwind with a dip in the private pool after a day of exploring nearby Chania, Crete’s second largest city. This villa has six double bedrooms, making it great for a large group or family.

Location Description

This villa is located near the water 5 km to the west of Chania, the second largest city in Crete. The sandy beach of the town of Kalamaki is 500 meters away, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. In Chania, There are museums, opportunities to play water sports like windsurfing and sailing, shops, and much more! There are also annual festivals held throughout the year in the different villages of Crete, so be sure to participate in the festivities when taking your vacation.

This modern villa is on a large, landscaped plot, with a grassy lawn that is surrounded by trees. There is a large terrace (130 m2) overlooking the grounds and the private pool, which is divided into two separate sections (11 x 7 m and 5 x3 m).

Interior Description

(420 m2)
Ground Floor: This floor has a secondary entrance to the villa, which leads into a secondary living room (35 m2) that can be equipped with beds for two additional guests upon prior request. There is also a dining room and a kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first has a king-size bed (180 cm), and the second has a large king-size bed (200 cm) formed by two mattresses placed side by side. There is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower, a toilet, and two sinks, and another bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet.

First Floor: The main entrance leads into the living room that has floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views. There is the main dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also access to a large balcony. There is one bathroom on this floor with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Second Floor: This floor has four bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a king-size bed (180 cm). The second has a small queen-size bed (150 cm; the standard size for queen beds in the U.S. is 160 cm). The third has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The fourth has twin-beds (90 cm). There are two bathrooms, each with a bathtub with shower, dual sinks, and a toilet.

Please Note:

• Queen beds: We have listed them as 150 cm wide. A 160 cm bed is the standard size for a U.S. queen-size bed; therefore, a 150 cm wide bed is narrow by U.S. standards.
• Housekeeping is provided twice per week. Linens are also changed twice per week. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.
