A lovely Greek villa overlooking the port of Parikia, this Paros Island home offers an exotic retreat from everyday life. Built on a hilltop with panoramic views of the Krios bay, families and friends will enjoy the villa’s private plunge pool and beautiful white pebble garden with a built in bar. Visit nearby Naousa, hop on a ferry for a different view of the islands, or sun yourself on one of the many local beaches.

Location Description

This lovely Greek villa is located on the small island of Paros, one of the Cyclades Islands making up the center of the Aegean Islands. The island's capital and main passenger port of Parikia is less than two kilometers away. This beautiful town boasts windmills, a castle, an Archaeological Museum, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The house is 2.2 km from a yacht club and less than 5 km from the beaches of Marchello and Krios. Less than ten kilometers away is the scenic village of Naoussa. Known for its whitewashed houses and winding streets, Naoussa offers shops, markets, cafes, and tavernas. Arrival by ferry or plane is easy and convenient with the Port of Parikia close by and the Paros Airport less than a 20 minutes’ drive from the villa. The nearest international airport is on the island of Mykonos, which is two hours away by boat.

Exterior Description

This lovely Paros Island villa has an exceptional outdoor space with a front terrace overlooking the bay of Krios. The white pebble garden boasts panoramic views and features a built in cocktail bar with a barbecue and large monastery dining table. The villa’s private plunge pool is surrounded by sun beds and within the garden is a seating area and a hammock. There is a large private parking lot for guests.

Interior Description

Lower Level: The villa’s living room is well furnished with a rustic elegance. Bright windows shine over the white sofa which faces a wooden coffee table, the villa’s fireplace and over to the dining table. Behind the living room through an arched door way is the kitchen, with a wine bottle light fixture as a central piece. It is well-equipped with an oven, toaster, electric tea kettle, Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. The villa’s terrace and garden can be accessed from the living space or the kitchen. The master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and en suite bathroom with a shower is also on the ground floor. An additional guest bathroom has a toilet.

Upper Level: This floor may be accessed by the spiral staircase from the living room or from a separate entrance door from the villa’s parking lot. Due to the layout of the upper level, both of the bedrooms on this floor have access to its own terrace which connects to the white pebble path leading down to the garden. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds (90 cm) with an en suite bathroom with a shower.
