We found the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs to be inconvenient.

Overall:
We were disatisfied with the property. The furnishings were shabby, the kitchen was not set up for average use, and the couch was lumpy and unusable (it had wooden boards under very flat cushions). The sheets and towels were threadbare. We saw other apartments in the building and ours was a poor comparison in all respects. The staff were polite, but this does not make up for inferior housing.

Overall:
Everyone involved with the apartment was gracious, accomodating and accessible at all times. I've written an article about this apartment which I am calling "La Dolce Villa".

Its location, and the elegance of the decorations and apartment design.

Its proximity to all points of historical interest.

Wonderful little restuarants, The Uffizi, The Ponte Vecchio, Shopping, etc.

Overall:
The property was as expected. Good location, neighborhood. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Premises were kept in good condition. Public transportation excellent. We were over the Hermes store, or down the street (same side) from the Tornabuoni Hotel.

Great neighbors.

No screens on windows. It was hot, but if windows open, mosquitoes got in.
Tips or Restaurants:
Restaurant Maroni was good value for the money.
