This two-bedroom apartment rental in Mallorca (or Majorca) is located just one block (20 meters) from the Hotel Illa D’Or and Puerto Pollensa’s lovely Pine Walk, a pedestrian promenade along the beach lined with pine trees and palms. The Pollensa area around this third-floor rental offers a number of different activities, foremost among them the beaches. Several natural ones dot the coastline, as well as the primary man-made one, which has been recently extended. The waters of the bay are particularly warm and shallow, excellent for families with children, while the usual array of facilities and water sports are available. Further away are the Calvari steps, all 365 of them, which are used annually on Good Friday for a religious procession. Inland from the port, the old town of Pollensa offers a range of historic buildings (including a former Jesuit convent), as well as a Sunday morning market in Placa Major square. Pollensa is also home to the Albufereta Nature Reserve, 150 hectares of canals, lakes, and reed beds filled with nearly 200 species of birds.

This is an apartment on the third floor of a newly refurbished building with an elevator, which has a large shared swimming pool and a tennis court. The apartment also has a balcony (with bench and table) overlooking a street lined with greenery.

Third Floor: Step into a lovely living/dining room, rectangular with couches and satellite TV at one end, dining table for six at the other. French doors lead out onto the terrace, good for breakfasting or reading in the sun. A separate kitchen has just been remodeled and has all new appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The first bedroom contains two 80 cm twin beds joined to form a queen-sized bed (these can be separated upon request). The second room is perfect for children, with bunk beds. A bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower with a hydro-massage unit.
