This apartment rental is located just one block (50 meters) from Puerto Pollensa’s Pine Walk, a pedestrian promenade along the beach lined with pine trees and palms. The Pollensa area around this vacation rental offers a number of different activities, foremost among them the beaches. Several natural ones dot the coastline, as well as the primary man-made beach, which has been recently extended. The waters of the bay are particularly warm and shallow, excellent for families with children, while the usual array of facilities and water sports are available. Inland from the port, the old town of Pollensa offers a range of historic buildings (including a former Jesuit convent), as well as a Sunday morning market in Placa Major square. Further away are the Calvari steps, all 365 of them, which are used annually on Good Friday for a religious procession. Pollensa is also home to the Albufereta Nature Reserve, 150 hectares of canals, lakes, and reed beds filled with nearly 200 species of birds.

First Floor: This apartment opens into a comfortable living/dining room furnished with a couch and chairs in various blues, as well as a dining table for four. An open-plan corner kitchen contains a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. A balcony near the couch looks onto the garden side of the apartment. The first bedroom contains one double bed. The second bedroom, on the street-side of the apartment, is perfect for kids, as it is furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, and bathtub with handheld showerhead.
