EQUIPMENT: ADSL internet connection in the reception, satellite TV, air conditioning, microwave with grill, dishwasher (for the Il Gelso 2-3-5 apartments), freezer, 4 electric hotplates, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer), barbecue, baby-bed on request, sauna and small gym, mountain bikes on request, wall safe.
OUTDOORS: Garden and equipped outdoor areas, swimming pool (7x15) with children's area (50 cm deep). Parking inside the property.
SERVICES
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 1 linen change on Wednesday, consumption of water, electricity and gas for cooking and hot water production, heating.
ON REQUEST AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Breakfast service, extra hours of domestic service, cook, laundry facilities.
EXTRA TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT: Final cleaning.
LOCATION: 3 km Barberino Val d'Elsa, 3 km horseback riding and tennis, 15 km Poggibonsi and S. Gimignano, 30 km Florence and Siena, 40 km airport (Firenze Peretola).
ACCESS: By means of 300 m of dirt track road.
NOTE: For the apartment Il Gelso 4 an additional sleeping space is available on the divan bed to be requested when booking and to be paid on the spot.
