Location Description

From your rental villa near Javea, you’ll be within 3 km of all the necessities: restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and beautiful Granadella beach. 6 km by car will take you into Javea, which is actually like three villages in one: the original fishing village, a cozy central town, and a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. Since you'll be located between Valencia and Alicante, a number of interesting day trips are also easily arranged. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, and water sports beyond number: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has several discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for the whole family, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between medieval knights.

(1,000 m2) This independent villa is located in a wooded residential area. On two levels, it has a fenced garden and lawn with a constructed barbeque. A covered terrace and the private swimming pool (10m x 5m, 2m deep) are equipped with patio furniture and lounge chairs. There is also private parking for two cars.

Interior Description

(200 m2)
Ground Floor: This floor consists of an independent apartment. It has a living room with a sofa-bed for one person (available on request for an extra cost) and a small open-plan kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and cook top. The bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
First Floor: Here you will find the main residence, with an open plan living/dining room, an open fireplace, and satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. One bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and bathtub with handheld shower head.
Second Floor: On the second floor there are three bedrooms: the first room has a 180 cm king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second room has a 180 cm king-size bed, and the third room has two 90 cm twin-beds (can be combined upon request). The second and third rooms share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
