This Spanish villa may be small, but with a covered outdoor kitchenette and a property size three times that of our other villas in this Costa Blanca area, it's perfect for all who enjoy relaxing and dining out-of-doors. And wait 'til you see the pool! Enjoy your own meals or take a stroll to a nearby restaurant for dinner; a short drive takes you into town or the beach. We particularly recommend driving up to Cabo de la Nao, an amazing vista point, but there are so many things to do in the area around this Costa Blanca villa that we'll forgive you if you miss it. After all, you've got beaches, water sports, theme parks, shopping, museums, and more—all beneath that gorgeous Mediterranean blue sky.

From your three-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within easy walking distance of restaurants and only 3 km of all the must-haves: restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and Javea. The little town of Javea is actually like three villages in one: the original small fishing village, a cozy central town, and a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. This villa is nearest the old town. If you decide to take a day trip, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well many venues for water sports: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for the whole family, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between medieval knights.

The villa itself sits on a large, completely fenced plot offering a good deal of privacy. It is populated with gardens and fruit trees, as well as garden furniture. Near the house there is a covered constructed barbecue area for outdoor cooking and dining. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 2m deep) has lounge chairs and a view of greenery. There is also private parking for several cars.

Ground Floor: This cute little villa has a large living/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a dining table in front of a lovely set of stained glass double doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and toaster, while an adjacent laundry room has a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: The first has a 140 cm standard double bed, the second has a 150 cm small queen-size bed, and the third has two 90 cm single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed upon request. One bathroom has a sink, toilet, and bathtub with handheld showerhead, while a guest bathroom provides an extra sink and toilet.
