Taking a trip to the Greek island of Kefalonia is also like taking a trip to paradise, especially while at this holiday villa! This self-catering accommodation is located just steps from the beach and features a private path that will take you right down to a sandy shore. Magnificent views can be seen from every direction you look, especially from the private terrace or the shared swimming pool. A village with shops and restaurants is also just a short drive away from this villa on Kefalonia.

Location Description

The property is located 25 meters from the beach and less than two miles from Svoronata, a picturesque village filled with wild flowers, olive groves, and greenery. Home to shops and restaurants, Svoronata also has three beaches nearby: Ammes, Avithos, and Ai Helis. Ai Heli offers volleyball, table tennis, and has a life guard, while Avithos has shallow water and is perfect for children. Outside of Svoronata is a go-cart track. Argostoli is the capital of Kefalonia and is bordered by palm trees and paved with colorful pebbles from the sea. Its central square is filled with restaurants and cafes while Lithostroto Street is full of shops. Argostoli also has museums and a library. Kefalonia is part of a group of seven islands that can be reached via airplane or ferry.

Exterior Description

This villa is situated on an estate with three other villas and is located high on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. It features a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs and a shared swimming pool (5m x 7m) that is surrounded by sun loungers. A private path from the estate leads down to the beach.

Interior Description

(70 m2) Ground Floor: Enter into a living room with two chairs and a sofa-bed (sleeps one), all looking over a terrace with endless sea views. Next to the living room there is a dining area and a modern, open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, coffee maker, and washing machine. There are also two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom (with sink, toilet, and shower), and a private terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea.
