This villa is located near Javea, less than two kilometers from the nearest supermarket, restaurants, and a tennis court. A 5 minute drive takes you to the beach, while 10 minutes brings you into the heart of Javea, a little seaside town divided into three parts. First, it began as a simple fishing village, but it has since expanded into a central town and a separate beach area known as Arenal. At the beach you will find a small bay lined with white sand and a boulevard for strolling and shopping. Regional day trips will take you to Valencia or Alicante. In the surrounding area, there are 24 golf and tennis courts, and a variety of water sports: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has several discotheques open at night. Young and old alike will enjoy either of the two water parks, filled with sea life. There is also a historic theme park, called Terra Mitica, which offers exciting fights between medieval knights. You are also very close to Denia, a small town famous for its raisins—and voted third healthiest place to live by the World Health Organization!

(1,000 m2) This villa is situated in a wooded residential area with a view of the sea and the Bay of Portichol. It has its own completely fenced garden with large palm trees and a large terrace with garden furniture and lounge chairs. There is also a covered terrace with a sitting area and barbeque by the private swimming pool (9m x 4m, 2m deep). There is also a garage for one car and private parking for another.

Ground Floor: The ground floor of this villa is closed and not for rental.
First Floor: On the main level you will enter into a living room with an open fireplace and satellite TV. A semi-circular dining room has a table for six and windows with 180 degree views. An American-style kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms: one has a 180 cm king-size bed, while the other has two single beds that can be combined upon request. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with fixed showerhead.
