This Italian villa accommodation is conveniently located between Amalfi and Ravello near Minori. A bus stop with connections to Minori, Amalfi, and other coastal towns is located just 50 meters from the house, so a car is not a necessity. The nearest beach, shops, banks, and post office are located in Minori, which can be reached by bus, car, or walking for about 15 minutes down the coastal road (please note that walking may be hazardous). Nearby the house is a four-star hotel with a restaurant and bar. There is also a bar nearby which serves reasonably priced meals. From the quay in Amalfi, ferries depart for the islands of Capri and Iscia as well as other coastal towns, including Positano, Sorrento, and Naples.

(100 m2) This apartment is situated in a lovely, ancient villa set into a steep cliff, between the coastal road and the sea. It dates back to the 12th century and belongs to a noble family whose coat of arms can be seen above the gate of the small chapel, located on the ground floor of the villa. The villa has been divided into several independent apartments, of which this is one. A long terrace, accessible from all of the rooms, runs along one side of the apartment, providing magnificent views of the sea and coastline. The property itself has access to the sea as well as a large sunbathing terrace on the cliff (down 60 steps). At the back of the house, this apartment has a large, private terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture, lighting, and overhung with wisteria. There is also a wood oven, a portable barbecue, and a reserved parking space for one car. There are no steps between the parking spot, the terrace, and the apartment.

(160 m2) Ground Floor: Accessed via the terrace at the back of the house, the entrance of this apartment leads into a long corridor with doors opening into the various rooms. Each room has access to the terrace along the front of the villa, which looks out over the sea. The combination living/dining room has two sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, and a wooden dining table for four. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. A second comfortable living area has two sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed for one), a table with chairs, bookcases, and a built-in wardrobe. By the sofa-bed, an open wooden staircase of 12 steps leads up to an open mezzanine level, where there is a 160 cm queen-size bed. The mezzanine is bounded by a wooden railing. There is also a spacious and bright master bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed. Immediately outside this room there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. A second bathroom is located down a short corridor from the kitchen, and is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
