Location Description

Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is one of the few beachfront properties on the Estate. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

This Georgian style villa is situated on over two acres of well-landscaped grounds with orchids and tropical flowers. There is an outdoor sitting area with couches and armchairs and an outdoor dining room with tables and chairs. There is a private tennis court, which can be lit at night, and a private swimming pool with a diving board that is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. This villa also has a private cabana on Sandy Lane Beach. The property is situated at the end of a tree-lined driveway and parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

Situated on two levels, the villa has a living room with a large couch and access to the patio and a family room with a couch, armchairs, and cable TV. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. There are five bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be connected) and an ensuite bathroom. The first and second bathrooms each have a shower with a tub and the third, fourth, and fifth bathrooms each have a shower.

This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

There are two cats that roam freely around the property grounds.

Two single beds can be connected to form one king-sized bed upon request.

This is a non-smoking property.
