- Location Description
- Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa, with its own private beach, is a five-minute drive to the nearest golf course. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

- (4 acres) This beachfront villa is the largest beach property on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate. The villa features 110 yards of beach frontage as well as a private cabana. The extensively landscaped English-style gardens have a private swimming pool (15ft x 30ft) surrounded by sun loungers. Just outside the house is a patio with couches and armchairs as well as a table with chairs covered by an umbrella. A dining gazebo with several tables, chairs, ceiling fans, and a barbecue is also situated near the main house.

Main House:
This villa has a large combined living and dining room with couches, armchairs, a table with chairs, and glass doors and windows overlooking the patio and garden. There is also a separate sitting lounge with couches, armchairs, and cable TV. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. There are two bedrooms in the main house. The first bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Cottage 1:
There is one bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
Cottage 2:
There is one bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

- Available Amenities: Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR, radio, ADSL high speed internet connection, fax machine, barbecue, private swimming pool, pool house, private tennis court, private beach cabana on Sandy Lane Beach. This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

Please Note:
- Two single beds can be connected to form a king-sized bed upon request in the bedrooms in the main house.

- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay.
