The city of Nimes is a quick drive away and here you'll find a much larger selection of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and a daily market with fresh produce. Nimes is home to a couple of the best preserved examples of a Roman architecture, including a temple, the Maison Carree, and an amphitheater, which is still used today for a wide range of shows and activities. The area is also great for those who enjoy the outdoors for the large river of Ardeche is nearby and is the perfect setting for kayaking or canoeing. A train station is located in Nimes so it'll be fun and fast to visit other parts of the region like Avignon or Montpellier.

French windows from the villa's living room lead out to a covered terrace with a table and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with a sink. A staircase from the terrace leads down to a private swimming pool (12.5m x 5.5m), which is bordered on one side by a grass lawn with sun loungers and an umbrella. This grass lawn extends outwards and is great for children to run around and play. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: The entrance doors opens to an L-shaped foyer and leads to a living room with a fireplace and a dining area with a table and chairs as well as French doors that open to the terrace. There is a kitchen equipped with a cook-top and dishwasher. A utility room has a washing machine, toilet, and shower. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and French doors that open to the terrace. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and French doors that open to the terrace. The third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There is one bathroom with a sink, tub, and shower, and a separate toilet room.
First floor: A staircase from the entry foyer leads up to an open loft and one bedroom. The bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a curtained ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Please be aware that there is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom.
