There is a private pool for relaxing on hot summer afternoons. The pebble beach is less than l Km from the villa and boat tours to Capri and other Amalfi coast destinations are easily arranged. The villa is surrounded by dense olive groves so it is private, yet close to the beach.

ExteriorDescription

The villa was built in the 1960’s in a Mediterranean-style construction. It can be rented as two separate apartments or as a whole villa. Each floor has a living room with access to a private terrace. There is also a tiled cotta terrace and a solarium (200 m2) on the top level of the villa offering a splendid view of the bay. Each terrace is furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The garden area is well cared for and is next to the pool (20m2) which is open from mid-May to mid-October and is furnished with sun loungers. There is parking space for two cars in the garage.

Ground Floor: The villa opens up into a large living room with a view of the sea from the communicating terrace, which is furnished with table and chairs. The living room has a double sofa bed (most comfortable for one; cozy for two). The kitchen is fully furnished with a cook top and oven and plenty of cabinets. There is a dining table that seats 6. There are three double bedrooms, each with a king size (170 cm mattress) bed and simple but beautiful furnishings. There are two bathrooms (bath/shower), one of which has a Jacuzzi tub. There is TV and air conditioning in each room.
First Floor: An interior staircase leads to the first floor. It can also be accessed from outside. It opens up into a large living room with a view of the sea from the communicating terrace, which is furnished with table and chairs. The living room has a double sofa bed (comfortable for one; cozy for two). There is a kitchen with dining area for 6. The kitchen is fully furnished with a cook top and oven and plenty of cabinets. There are three double bedrooms, each with a king size (170 cm mattress) bed and simple but beautiful furnishings. There are three bathrooms (bath/shower), two with a Jacuzzi tub. There is radio, TV and air conditioning in each room.
