This self-catering accommodation is comprised of four apartments so grab a group of friends and get ready for a fabulous vacation!

Location Description

The property is located just over a kilometer from the medieval hilltop town of San Gimignano, which dates back to the 10th century. San Gimignano is one of the most visited towns in Tuscany and is full of life and things to do. You are steps away from the famous towers, the 12th century Duomo, the People's Palace, and museums dedicated to artwork and archaeology. There are also plenty of wine tasting tours, art galleries, shops, and delicious restaurants. Numerous celebrations and gatherings are held every year including a music festival featuring theater, ballet, and opera performances, and a Medieval Harvest festival where the people of San Gimignano dress up as knights and play medieval games and have tournaments. Day trip destinations can include Volterra, Siena, and Florence.

Exterior Description

This property is set in a panoramic location in the hills surrounding San Gimignano. It is comprised of six apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners and four of which are available to rent. The owners run a farming estate and produce wine that clients can taste and purchase. Each apartment features a private patio or terrace with a table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool (7m x 14m) that is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road and parking is available within the grounds.

Two Steps Higher: There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and access to the outside. There is also one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
Loft: A staircase from the living room leads up to an open gallery with a couch.
