Location Description

The property is located 300 meters from the beach and one kilometer from St Rapael. This Provencal town features shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as a cinema, post office, pharmacy, and bank. St Raphael is renowned for their wonderful food markets that are held every day on the sea front. At night, these markets switch from selling fresh produce to selling clothes, jewelry, and other special souvenirs. There are also plenty of opportunities to play water sports such as kayaking, diving, and jet skiing. St Raphael is ideally located for taking day trips throughout the region to such places as St Tropez, Cannes, and Grasse.

Exterior Description

This villa along the French Riviera features incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and beyond. The grounds feature flower gardens, a terrace furnished with a table and chairs, a private infinity swimming pool (12m x 5m) surrounded by sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: An entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with couches and chairs. There is a dining room with a table and chairs as well as windows with lovely sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities and an en suite bathroom with a sink, shower, Jacuzzi tub, and separate toilet room. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), beautiful sea views, bathroom with shower, and adjoining room for two children. There is also a separate guest toilet room on this floor.

First Floor: A staircase leads up to four bedrooms. The first bedroom is a suite that features views of the Mediterranean. It has a sitting area with a sofa bed (most suitable for one), a private balcony with sea views, a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm; which can be combined to form one bed upon prior request), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, safety box, tea and coffee facilities, sea views, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub.
