Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous is this Greek villa on the island of Santorini! Located in the charming village of Pyrgos, staying at this holiday accommodation will give you a taste of what it’s like to actually live like a local in Greece- fun and splendid! As far as the layout of this unique Greek vacation rental goes, it is comprised of four private apartment suites and has two private swimming pools and a Jacuzzi making it perfect for a group of traveling friends or families.

Location Description

This property is located on Santorini in the village of Pyrgos, full of white-colored buildings with blue roofs. Built on top of a hill, Pyrgos features incredible panoramic views of the whole island. There are fine local restaurants, tavernas, shops, and markets as well as a post office and all the other main necessities located in the town square. The village also has churches featuring beautiful frescoes such as the church of Theotokaki and the churches of Agia Theodosia. Only four kilometers away is the Monastery of Prophitis Ilias, the most famous church on Santorini. The nearest beach to the villa is Vlyhada, about five kilometers away. Santorini is a fun and lively island full of activities and things to do. Rent a boat, visit a museum, or lounge in the sun all day! After that, try taking a day trip to Fira, another great town on the island.

Exterior Description

Once a working mill and winery, this property has been fully restored over years of meticulous research while maintaining the history and tradition of Cycladic architecture. Made up of four apartments, the villa offers lots of space and privacy, each with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There are two private swimming pools each equipped with a swim-spa. The first (and main) swimming pool is next to an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, icemaker, and dishwasher as well as a dining area with a table and chairs and a built-in bar. The second swimming pool offers spectacular island views due to its high position on the villa’s rooftop. There is also a private Jacuzzi located on the villa’s lower level that comfortably seats six people. Each apartment features a private terrace with outdoor seating. Public parking is available 50 meters from the property.

Interior Description

The property is comprised of four apartment suites.

Canava
First level: This apartment suite has an open living room with a couch, dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and teakettle. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate WC. This living area opens to a courtyard with an outdoor dining table and chairs as well as the Jacuzzi, which are surrounded by amazing island views.

Apartment A
Second level: This apartment suite has an open living room with a couch (which also serves as a 90 cm single bed) and satellite TV, dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and teakettle. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a “loft style” and does not have a door, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed. There is one bathroom with a sink, shower, and tub and a separate toilet room. This apartment suite features an outdoor terrace with a dining table and chairs.

Apartment B
Second level: This apartment suite has an open living room with a couch (which also serves as a 90 cm single bed) and satellite TV, dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and teakettle. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower. This apartment suite features an outdoor terrace with a dining table and chairs.

Apartment C
Second level: This apartment suite has an open living room with a couch (which also serves as a 90 cm single bed) and satellite TV, dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a toaster and teakettle. There is one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. This apartment suite features an outdoor terrace with a dining table and chairs.
