Location Description

The property is located 400 meters from the pebble beach of Choulakia and one kilometer from Agios Stefanos, a large sandy beach that offers water sports in addition to sun beds and umbrellas. Along the beach are restaurants and cafes. Four kilometers from the property is the town of Mykonos, also the capital of the island. Considered to be one of Greece’s most glamorous destinations, Mykonos has beautiful beaches as well as a good selection of restaurants, shops, and nightlife hotspots. Filled with narrow and windy cobblestone streets and lined with white-washed houses, the main sights include the Mykonos windmills, Little Venice where the seaside buildings feature balconies overhanging the water, the 18th century Church of the Paraportiani, and the Archaeological Museum.

Exterior Description

Located on the same grounds as two other villas, which can be rented under the names Villa Agape and Villa Hebe, this villa offers great views of the sea. There is a large terrace furnished with a table and chairs as well as a barbecue and bar. A private infinity pool (6m x 10m) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds. Please be aware that two staff members live in a separate villa on the property grounds although complete privacy is maintained at all times.

First floor: There is a living room with a couch and fireplace, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub on this floor.
Ground floor: A staircase from the living room leads down to three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub. The second and third bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub.

• There are two staff members that live in a separate house on the property grounds and complete privacy is maintained at all times. They are also available at your disposal any time.
• Although common in Greece, an 80 cm bed may be considered narrow for an adult.
• There are two other villas on the estate, which can be rented under the names Villa Agape and Villa Hebe to accommodate more people.
