- From this beautiful apartment on the island of St. John in the Virgin Islands, you can walk out your front door to the pebble beach and water of Trunk Bay, as well as walk into the town of Cruz Bay! Well suited for two couples, this elegantly appointed apartment has it all: location, comfort, accessibility, and as much sun and water sports as you want.
- Location Description
- The property is situated above Turner Bay on the southwest side of St John and features a walking path that leads to Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is full of shops, restaurants, and markets. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more. Cruz Bay is located across from the ferry dock from St. Thomas.

- This accommodation is located in the Turner Haven complex with eight condos, which can be rented individually under the names Cleo, Indigo, Cocoa, Rosy, Fairy, Honeycomb, Sunshine, and Jewel. The complex offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea from almost all parts of the property. Each condo has a private terrace with a table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool (15ft x 30ft x 4ft) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables with chairs. Near the pool is a bathroom with a shower. An external spiral staircase leads up to a large Jacuzzi and lounge area with more sun loungers and chairs. Another staircase leads down to a walkway that will take you to a beautiful pebble beach. Also in the complex is an office (open 9am to 5pm) where there is a printer as well as a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available within the grounds.

Second floor: There is a living room with a large couch, satellite TV, a DVD player, and access to the terrace. A dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher as well as bar seating with four stools. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, bidet, and shower.

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 60 days of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay. The listed security deposit is: 200 USD
Additional Expenses
- Each set of lost keys will incur a charge of $35.
- Lost gate remote controls will be charged at replacement cost ($40 to $100).
- Maid service is available upon request at the per visit charge of: 50 USD

- Departures must take place before 11:00 am. Departures after 11:00 am may incur a charge of $250.

Everyone departing the United States Virgin Islands, including U.S. Citizens, is now required by U.S. Immigration to show either a valid passport or a certified copy of a birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID. The islands are a “port of entry” to the U.S. mainland – so please don’t forget these for the whole family. You also need them if you plan to visit any of the British Virgin Islands during your stay, even if it is just a day trip.
