While at this apartment you and your traveling companions can do so as often as you’d like as you will just be steps away from it. Located in a characteristic part of the city, this apartment is well suited for a family or friends. There is also another apartment in the same building, in case you have a larger group!

The apartment is located in the Historical Center and is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Rome’s renowned monument in which coin-tossers are believed to be granted a return trip to the Eternal City. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, and markets. The Spanish Steps are a short distance away, so it will probably take you longer to climb them than to reach them! Due to the central location of this apartment, you’ll be able to easily visit the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, and even the Colosseum. The nearest metro stop is Barberini.

ExteriorDescription
This apartment is located in a building without an elevator. The floors are tiled with terracotta and part of the ceiling contains original wood beams. The apartments Colonna 1 and 2 are located in the same building and can be rented at the same time to accommodate more people.
InteriorDescription
(120m2) Second floor (without elevator): There is a combined living and dining room with a sofa bed (most suitable for one), chairs, and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and separate tub.

Other Notes
- In case of arrivals between 6:00PM and 8:00PM there is an extra charge of €20; for arrivals from 8:00PM to 10:00PM as well as on Sundays and Public holidays, there is an extra charge of €35.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
- If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather
- Departures must take place by 11:00 am.
