For a family looking for a holiday accommodation in the Luberon near town and with a private pool, this is the place for you! This Provence villa is within walking or biking distance (using one of the bikes provided at the property) of a village. When you’re not out discovering the beauty and sights in Cavaillon and Avignon, you’ll have this cozy and private home to enjoy.

Location Description

The property is located one kilometer from Cereste, a village that’s more than just shops, restaurants, and markets. Cereste is full of medieval architecture from between the 15th and 18th centuries. The Place de Verdun features ancient gargoyle sculptures. The Mid d’Amour is a lovely part of town and has beautiful fountains. There are also hiking trails that are accessible from the village. Thursdays are when the weekly morning market takes place. For a fun day trip, be sure to visit Forcalquier. Forcalquier is a picturesque town full of wild flowers and olive groves. The Notre Dame is the main site to see while the municipal museum has interesting archeological finds. An arts and crafts fair is held in early August. There are also shops, restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Other great destinations include Bonnieux, Gordes, and Avignon.

The villa is situated in a private garden with lots of green trees and plants. In the garden is a sitting area with a couch and two armchairs. There is also a ping-pong table, swings for children, and three bicycles. A private swimming pool (9m x 4m, 2.5 m deep) is surrounded by a grass-landscaped lawn with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is a living room with two couches, a TV (local channels only), DVD player, and large windows. Adjacent is a dining area with a table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher as well as access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom has a sink, tub with a handheld shower, and a separate toilet room. A utility room has a washing machine.

Loft: A staircase leads up to a loft with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
