This vacation rental on the island of Ibiza is not only a half hour drive to the city of the same name, but is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Its position on the hills offers views of the Mediterranean Sea, which you can enjoy while dining, swimming, or relaxing on one of the terraces. This Spanish villa is private, modern, and great for a family or group of friends.

The property is located 700 meters from the beach via a road with sidewalks. Here there are also shops, restaurants, and cafes. The nearest town, which is San Jose, is located nine kilometers away. In the city of Ibiza you can play water sports, rent bikes, go diving, or even charter a boat for the day. Ibiza is known for its outdoor markets selling accessories, jewelry, and other trinkets. A medieval festival is held in Ibiza Town each May where the town is transformed into something of the past. You’ll also find beaches, shops, and restaurants.

This villa is situated at the end of a residential community thirty meters from the nearest neighbor. It features three terraces that are furnished with couches, chairs, tables with chairs, and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue. A private infinity pool (40m2) is bordered on one side with sun loungers and umbrellas. Parking for two cars is available within the property grounds.

Lower ground floor: A staircase from the kitchen leads down eight steps to a living room with a fireplace, couches, satellite TV, and access to the terrace. There is also a guest bathroom with a toilet.
Ground floor: There is a dining room with a table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. This floor also has access to the terrace. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer.
First floor: A staircase leads up to the master suite, which has a 200 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub.
Second floor:A staircase leads up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 150 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Each bedroom has access to a terrace.
