- With two private balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this Santorini villa rental offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Its location in the heart of Fira means shops and restaurants are steps away while the nearest beach can be reached by car, bus or taxi. A private Jacuzzi is on one of the balconies.
- Location Description
- The property is located in the center of Fira. As the capital of Santorini, Fira has much to see and do. Filled with white-painted houses and blue-domed churches, Fira is full of shops, jewelry boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife hotspots. Theotokopoulou Square is the main meeting point while the Archaeological Museum is a popular draw for visitors. Visitors can take boats out from the port to tour the volcano of Nea and Palia Kameni. The nearest beach is Vourvoulos and is five kilometers away. Day trips can include Megalochori, which is great for wine tasting, and Oia, which is considered to have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

- Exterior Description
- This villa outside of Fira sits on an elevated position with views over the sea, caldera cliffs, and submerged volcano. There are two balconies. The first is furnished with a couches, sun loungers, and table and chairs and the second has a private Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Parking is available in a public lot 150 meters from the villa.

Ground floor: There is a combined living and dining room with a couch, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player, table with chairs, and access to the terrace. Nearby is the kitchen, which is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is one bedroom on this floor with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
First floor/loft: A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Please be aware that the ceilings in these rooms are low compared to the rest of the villa.
