Explore a vineyard, play a round of tennis, and relax in a Turkish bath – all without ever leaving the comfort of this villa on the island of Corfu. The island’s many activities and beaches are all at hand, but this villa is so well-equipped that you might not want to leave the grounds. Located up a private road, this villa offers peace, quiet, and great views of the channel dividing Corfu from mainland Greece. With a home gym, tennis, and pool, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to exercise, and you can unwind afterwards at the villa’s outdoor bar with a glass of wine made right on the property. This villa is good for a large family or group of friends.

Location Description

This villa is located on the eastern side of the island of Corfu, up a quiet, private road on a hillside overlooking the channel dividing the island from mainland Greece. While the estate’s location 3 km away from the main road and its large grounds afford much privacy, the villa is a convenient drive to many sights amenities. The small town of Sinies, which has food shops and tavernas, is a short drive down the hill. Avlaki’s sandy beach and clear waters offer windsurfing, sailing, and horseback riding. The resort town of Kassiopi has shops, bars, and night life.

This villa’s large grounds have an organic garden, a lawn, fruit and olive trees, and a working vineyard that produces both white and red wines. The large private pool (13 x 9.5), which has views of the Corfu Channel, is gated for safety and features and oxygen cleaning system, a Jacuzzi section, and a children's area. There is a nearby pool house, a toilet and a large shower room, sun beds, umbrellas, a lighted tennis court, and an outdoor kitchen. A 55 m2 covered dining area has a built-in barbeque, bar, and dining table and chairs.

Interior Description

(430 m2)

Ground Floor: This level is the villa’s main entrance and has a spacious living room and dining room with a fireplace and patio doors open onto a covered balcony. There is a supplementary kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. This level has two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (170 x 200 cm) and a balcony. The first has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second has an ensuite bathroom with a shower room, sink, and toilet.

Lower Ground Floor: This level has the main kitchen, which has a separate outside entrance for staff and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a sitting room, as well as a dining area. There is a playroom equipped with a billiard table. A spa area has a hammam (Turkish bath), massage shower, gym, and toilet. A door leads outside to a path to the tennis court. There is also a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (170 x 200) and an ensuite walk in shower room.

First Floor:This floor has an office area with a fireplace and three bedrooms, all of which have access to a large, sea-facing balcony. The first is a master bedroom with a king-size bed (190 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (170 x 200 cm) an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom has narrow twin-beds (100 x 200 cm) best suited for young people with an ensuite bathroom with a shower room, sink, and toilet.
