Situated in a very natural environment, you can go hiking or bike riding directly from paths on the property. With both apartments comfortably furnished inside and out, your group can divide time between relaxing by the pool and taking part in the various cultural activities within the region.

Location Description

This villa is about 2 km from the village of Terontola, where there are many services including supermarkets, butcher shops, a pizzeria, restaurants, a coffee bar, bank, post office, gas station and the Terontola train station. About 8 km away is the lively hill top Etruscan town of Cortona. Tour frescoed churches from the 13th century; explore the original city walls, and then visit an art exhibit in the 16th century fortress. You are also sure to find restaurants featuring delicious Tuscan dishes and ancient tombs dating back to the second century BC. There are plenty of shops selling antiques, crafts, wines, and olive oils. Excellent day trip destinations from the property are to Lake Trasimeno, where you can go to the beach and participate in water sports, Arezzo, Perugia, and Siena.

Exterior Description

(1000 m2) This villa has a completely fenced property with an electric gate for privacy. There is a patio with table and chairs, equipped with a large BBQ and a pizza oven. A private swimming pool (4 x 9 meters, 150 cm deep, open May 15 – October 30) is equipped with a changing room and sun loungers. The garden is equipped with table tennis, a trampoline with protection (ideal for kids!) and there are also mountain bikes. From the property you will find many paths for walking, hiking and biking.

Interior Description

(222 m2) This villa consists of two identical self-contained apartments which do not share an internal common area. On the first floor, one bedroom from each apartment has access to the same terrace.

Ground Floor: Each kitchen has a dining table and is fully-equipped with a gas stove, an oven, toaster, microwave, electric, American and Italian coffee maker, tea kettle, juicer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living rooms are furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a fireplace and Satellite TV as well as a DVD and CD player. Each apartment has one bathroom on the ground floor, both with showers.
1st Floor: There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in each apartment. Two bedrooms have a large queen-size bed (170 cm). The third bedroom has a narrow queen-size bed (150 cm). There is a bathroom with a WC, bathtub, hand basin, bidet and hairdryer. One bedroom from each apartment has access to the same terrace.
