- Only 150 meters from the seafront, this Greek villa in the Cyclades was designed to take advantage of the view of the Aegean Sea from the infinity pool, as well as to appeal to families and friends.. Located close to the beach and several ports, this villa offers relaxation and access to sea sports. Shop and dine in the nearby marina or relax at home and try your hand at cooking a Greek meal.
- Location Description
- This villa is located less than two kilometers from the sandy beaches of Otzias where you’ll find a couple of taverns and cafes. Otzias’ bay is ideal for windsurfing! Explore the village and enjoy a nice meal and live music, which you’ll find most evenings. For upscale dining and shopping, visit the marina village of Vourkari, four kilometers away. Vourkari is a traditional fishing village and the restaurants serve fresh lobster, fish-based dishes and other tasty Greek treats! Here you’ll also have the chance to admire beautiful yachts that anchor themselves in Vourkari’s marina year-round. Nearby ports include Tzia at six kilometers and the port of Lavrio, one hour away.

- Exterior Description
- (1100 m2) The exteriors are on two levels. On the upper level is the private infinity pool (5.5 x 11 meters). Four sun beds with side tables, two umbrellas, six sunbathing chairs and six additional chairs are provided as well as an outdoor stone shower. By the pool is a covered terrace with a dining table, chairs and a BBQ. A second covered terrace with a dining table is next to the kitchen with another BBQ and sink. Stone built stairs or a garden path lead to the lower level. A garden full of herbs surrounds a covered terrace. There are two storage areas for use by the owners only. There is shaded parking for two cars next to the house entrance.
- Interior Description
(160 m2) Main Building
Garden Level: All the rooms have direct access onto the terrace. There are three bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Second is the double bedroom with a narrow queen-size bed (150 cm) with ceiling mosquito net. The third bedroom has two twin beds (90 cm). There is a second bathroom with a shower. There is a nice sitting room, and a small laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. A staircase leads to the upper level.
Pool Terrace Level: Here is the large living room with a TV and fireplace. There is an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, cooker (gas and electric), toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, espresso maker and remote control ceiling fan. There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen with great views out the Cape Kefala. In the entrance hall is a guest bathroom with a toilet.
(55 m2) Studio (attached to the main house): The open-plan studio sleeps four guests. There is a king-size bed (190 cm; can be separated upon request) and two narrow single beds (80 cm), most suitable for young adults and children. There is one shared bathroom with a shower. There are two ceiling fans, a shared walk-in closet, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and boiler and a sitting area with wide balcony doors. There is access to the paved terrace on the garden level.

Nearby Attractions: The island of Kea is one of the smallest in the Cyclades and its locals live a traditional life of fishing, cattle farming and agriculture. Kea’s rich history has left many historical monuments to explore including the monastery of Panagia Kastriani and the church of Agia Marina and its high tower. Visit the ancient town of Karthea which hosts the temples of Athena, Apollo and Asklepios. There are several hiking trails throughout the island of Kea which can take you to these sites and more!

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 1000 EUR

Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you will be charged a late arrival fee
- Departures must take place before 10:00 am.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, CLIENTS MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
