Two sets of linens and towels are included. Daily maid service and catering on request. This apartment is not suitable for students.

Location. Nice kitchen.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The loft bedroom is extremely hot while the living room is reasonably cool.
The sofa bed is not too comfortable.
Surrounding Area:
Next to River Arno, very near to all the sight-seeing places, a quiet residential area.
Tips or Restaurants:
Very near to Santo Spirito (church), lots of interesting restaurants/night life at Piazza S. Spirito.
