Beautiful property set in the middle of a well tended garden with swimming pool, 1.5 km from Valbonne, a characteristic Provencal town, and 12 km from Cannes. Peaceful position. The villa is well equipped and offers every kind of comfort. The furniture is mainly made up of Asian antique pieces.

Overall:
We loved it and would go back in a minute.
Enjoyed Most:
Everything. The house was grand. The grounds were magnificent and the location overlooking the ancient village was enchanting.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Hardly a drawback, but you did have to drive to everything.
Surrounding Area:
Easy accessibility to many charming towns and villages, and not far at all from Nice, Cannes, Grasse or Mougins.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Valbonne was a 5-minute drive.
Tips or Restaurants:
Not all the restaurants in Valbonne are stellar, but find time to make a pilgrimage to Moulin de Mougins. The house alarm system is a bit complex and the neighbor and caretaker insist that it be on at all times.

Neighbor was extremely friendly, spoke good English.
