	Exterior Description Located in the heart of the Perigord Noir, Les Cabanes is very near to the small village of Paunat. Nearby village of Limueil (3km) offers shops and Buque (7 km) offers a supermarket and a bank. The property sits on fifteen acres of land with views of the meadows and woods of the countryside. There is a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 2.2m)( June to September) and an outdoor area equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house and there is night lighting.


	Interior Description (150 m2) There is a living room with a fireplace, Satellite TV, VCR, stereo, library, dining area and a sofa. The living room has French doors which open onto the terrace.The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, a coffeemaker and a small table with two chairs. The first bedroom has a king sized bed which can separate in to 2x2 single beds. The second bedroom has one regular double bed. This room opens on to the terrace. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with an independent WC with sink, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is independent and located near the pool area. It has a king size bed, tiled floor with area rugs, a desk and a WC with a sink. The amenities include: answering machine, fax, telephone, satellite TV, and stereo. Maid service is included for 3 hours per week.

Security Deposit

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be authorized on the client's credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The authorization form will be included in your voucher packet and must be brought to the property and given to the keyholder on arrival. The deposit will be used to cover any damage to the property and for any telephone charges or other expenses incurred during the client's stay.

Additional Expenses

• If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.

• Arrivals between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 30 EUR

• Arrivals between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 60 EUR

Other Notes

• Arrivals are not accepted after 8:00 pm.
