A large garden full of exotic plants and trees surrounds the house; there’s also a children’s play area, a tennis court, and a small dance floor with stereo and grill. The sea water swimming pool (13 x 5m.) is a perfect place to relax and take in the views. The villa features comfortable furnishings, wood paneling, and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There are two parking spaces. On nearby Bella-Vraka beach, guests can hire a motor boat (15 hp), or take advantage of a windsurf and water ski school. Sivota, a small town of 700, has a nice collection of tavernas and shops. It lies 24 km south of the port of Igumenitsa and 52 km north of Parga. Just offshore from Sivota’s yacht harbor are four tiny islands that can be explored in summer. Day trips to the islands of Corfu, Paxi, and Antipaxi are also very worthwhile. Getting there: Ferry from Ancona, Italy to Igumenitsa; flights to Prevesa via Athens; rental car. Interior Description Two floors.
