Overall:
This property was fab!! The property was in wonderful condition. We would recommend this property to anyone. I thank you for taking the time and interest in understanding our desires and coming up with such a brilliant suggestion.
Without a doubt we will use RentVillas in the future.

Nothing.

Overall:
The property and his wife were an absolute delight. They were extremely helpful in getting us situated. I can't say enough good things about the property.
Enjoyed Most:
It's location and the overall set-up.
Unpleasant Surprises:
We can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Surrounding Area:
We enjoyed the walks into town and around the property. The tennis club in town was wonderful.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The property is just outside Monteroni D"Arbia which is just a short walk away. There were also bicycles available to ride into town.
Tips or Restaurants:
We found an unbelievable store which sold fresh pasta... you place your order in the morning and pick up the pasta right at dinner time. It was some of the best ravioli we've ever had.

Overall:
I would love to go back and stay again, and I feel very strongly that the owner should be commended for his fine establishment and should be very proud of his beautiful home!
Enjoyed Most:
The attitudes of the owner and staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant, and the villa was kept immaculately. They never let you feel you were a nuisance in any way.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The only thing I didn't care for was that there was not that much available in the town. However, it was no hardship.
Surrounding Area:
The natural and unspoiled beauty.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The town was a 5 minute walk if you needed anything.
Tips or Restaurants:
There are a couple of very good restaurants just 5 or 10 minutes away. I can't recall the names, but you can't miss them in the Siena direction.
Directions:
The only thing I would say is that it actually takes longer to get there from Rome airport than we were told, but I would still go back!
Check In Out:
Due to a problem with our flights, we arrived at 1:30 in the morning instead of early afternoon. The owner was available by phone to get us there, and was welcoming to us even though we ruined his night, and I'm sure disturbed his sleep!

Overall:
Highly recommend.
Enjoyed Most:
Gracious host - excellent location to Siena, hill towns - cooking class was a lot of fun - would highly recommend.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Really nothing to complain about.
Surrounding Area:
Excellent location within walking distance of town - centrally located to reach many key Tuscany sites.

Overall:
Since we stayed in the converted barn, we didn't experience what the others did in the main house. So, ours would be different from the others. Fillippo and Rachael made the stay memorable. Fillippo does a tour of the property and gives the history of the area. He saved us many times by giving us precise directions on how to manage driving in Siena.
Enjoyed Most:
The property was air conditioned. And, it was very private.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Our bed, in the loft, had no room in which to get into the bed. We had to crawl over a wrought iron foot board to get in. The extra bathroom was downstairs.
Surrounding Area:
We were within driving distance of many small villages and had easy access to them because of the Cassia 2.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Monteroni De Arbia. It was 5 minutes away by walking.
Tips or Restaurants:
The owners, Fillippo and Rachael, made sure the property was well stocked with hairdryers, internet access, Satellite TV, stereo system, books, music, videos, pots, pans, dishes etc. Fillippo is a weath of knowledge regarding restaurants in the area.
