Enjoyed Most:
The apartment was very comfortable. I enjoyed the decorating, large windows, amount of light.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The couch fold-out bed was in a difficult position in the living room, and blocked access to the front door and toilet. Also, the couch bed had sheets, but no blankets. We made do with a sleeping bag and duvet cover we found in the closet. We had some difficulty with having enough hot water for showers.
Surrounding Area:
I was a bit concerned about some of the night life that occurred nearby.
Nearby Events or Locales:
I was pleased that there was a Monoprix and supermarche nearby our apartment.
Tips or Restaurants:
I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was so well furnished. I appreciated the salt, sugar, tea, etc. that was already in the apartment.
Directions:
We used the service from Rentvillas that provided for a driver from the airport. That was very helpful. I fear that we would have had trouble finding the apartment without his help.

The convenient neighborhood.

I did not find it as nice as the photos. It seemd to be in an office building.
Surrounding Area:
Metro right at the corner, grocery store on the block, great neigborhood with many restrauants very close by - walk to everthing.
Tips or Restaurants:
Be sure to go to Ille St Louis - down by Notre Dame
Directions:
We took a cab from the airport
Check In Out:
We needed to meet them in front of the propery and they were pretty close to being on time to let us in - so that was good.

Overall:
Everything is nearby, including a metro station, restaurants, shops, and museums.
Enjoyed Most:
Great location and very quiet, even though it is on a main street, since the apartment is located behind the building. It has wireless internet connection, high ceilings and a spacious kitchen.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Nothing really
Surrounding Area:
It is close to everything. I enjoyed walking everywhere.
Tips or Restaurants:
Just walk down to the river.
