Overall:
Excellent. Definitely worth the price. The local agent provided very helpful suggestions for locations to visit. The pantry was exceptionally well stocked upon arrival

Distance and steep stairs to walk to the beach.

Nearby Events or Locales:
Puerto Pollensa. It was within walking distance, but one has to be in good shape and able to climb steep steps without handrails. Walk is 15-20 minutes. It would be challenging for families with young children or for those who have difficulty with steep climbs.
Tips or Restaurants:
Be prepared for mosquitoes in the evening. Restaurants recommended were very accurate and helpful.

Overall:
We had a very good stay at the villa and we all enjoyed our stay very much.
Enjoyed Most:
It had beautiful views.
Enjoyed Least:
Unfortunately, the pool had no shallow end which made it impossible to play with the kids for more than a few minutes, so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked to.
Surrounding Area:
Very nice town to walk around and everywhere was very child-friendly.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The nearest town was the port of Pollensa. We needed a car to get everywhere.
