Overall:
Excellent.
Enjoyed Most:
The best part of the property is the location, sea view, and beautiful hiking trail around the corner.
Enjoyed Least:
Lower level had a musty smell when we arrived,and we later discovered a leak under the kitchen sink.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Xabia is the nearest town, 7 miles from the villa.
Tips or Restaurants:
I think a vehicle is necessary for the location. Request instructions to use the dishwasher and washing machine.

Overall:
We found the property exactly as we expected. The pictures and description were flawless.
Enjoyed Most:
The swimming pool and outside deck area. Also, the roof top terrace had a spectacular view at all directions.
Enjoyed Least:
You can always hear your neighbors. The properties are very close together and if you neighbors choose to party until 4:00 am, which they often did, you could hear them.
Surrounding Area:
There are a number of very nice beaches nearby. We also found some great restaurants in the neighborhood.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Javea is the nearest town. It requires about a 15 minute ride by car.
Tips or Restaurants:
It would help to have some basic instructions as to how to use the washing machine and dishwasher. We eventually got it going but it took a lot of effort. A lot of trial and error.
