Overall:
We loved our 2 weeks in Villa Castiglioncello. We were within easy walking distance of Castiglioncello and the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Three repairs or adjustments were immediately attended to by the homeowners. A happy celebration of our anniversary.

Its proximity to town and the beach.
Enjoyed Least:
The busy street Via Aurelia.
Surrounding Area:
We are students of Italian history and art and enjoyed trips to Pisa, Lucca, and Volterra.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Castiglioncello was a 5-minute walk away. We walked back and forth a couple of times a day.
Tips or Restaurants:
All restaurants that we tried were GREAT! The 2 clay tennis courts in the park across from the railroad station were a great find.
Directions:
We did not use a GPS. The villa is easy to find.
