Overall:
It is a magical place. Dorella and Tuilio were wonderful, the house is clean, quiet and beautifully kept. The view is spectacular. We were a family of 18, and had an absolutely great time. This was probably the most beautiful villa we've rented so far, and we are a long-term customers of Rentvillas, and we keep returning to Italy almost every year.

Nothing, whatsoever.

View, good strategic location to visit many places in Tuscany.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Volterra is 6 km away. Our young family members hiked to Volterra, but for most of us you need a car.
Tips or Restaurants:
The villa is very well equipped.
Directions:
It was easy to find even without the GPS.
Check In Out:
Very smooth and pleasant. Dorella is wonderful!

Overall:
This was our first experience renting a villa. It could not have been any better. The villa met all our needs and exceeded our expectations.
Enjoyed Most:
With the temperatures above the normal the pool became one of the best features of the property.
Enjoyed Least:
It was not as close to cities in the area but was ok for driving to them.
Surrounding Area:
The acessibility to the Tuscan Hill Top towns.
Tips or Restaurants:
Booklight for reading as lighting very dim in most bedrooms.
Il Monte on SR68 about KM 57 marker next to sunflower fields was able to seat and feed 12 of us on short notice without reservations.
Take train from Ceraldo to Florence.
