Between the Place des Vosges and the Seine, the area around this Paris apartment rental on Rue Saint-Paul (cross street Rue Neuve Saint-Pierre) is the heart of historical and artistic Paris. Its art galleries, shaded by arcades dating from the 15th century, are famous throughout the world. The neighborhood, filled with numerous restaurants, bars, and trendy shops, is certain to seduce you! The nightlife is not to be missed. Nearby attractions include the Musee Picasso, Musee Carnavalet, the Seine, Opera Bastille, Notre Dame, the Hotel de Ville, and Victor Hugo’s house. The nearest metro stops are St Paul, Pont Marie, and Sully-Morland.
Nearby Attractions: The city of Paris! Explore Paris on foot to find the hidden treasures of the city of light. Unknown too many are the Beehives of the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg – hit the beehives at the right time in the fall and you’ll be able to purchase the honey. The popular cocktail bar, Les Etages, has two “branches”, one located in the Marais; the other in St Germain. The covered market, Marche St.-Quentin, dates back to 1860, and has 30 plus stalls of mouth- watering cheese, baked goods, meats and more. La Perlerie is a tiny store offering bronze and silver bracelet and necklace charms and you can assemble your jewelry right in the store. For some of the best steak frites of Paris, stop by Le Relais de l’Entrecôte, known simply as l’Entrecôte, but expect a wait of at least a half-hour.

The apartment is located on the fifth (sixth U.S.) and highest floor of one of the traditional buildings of the Marais. Like most of the buildings in the Marais, however, there is no elevator—so please be prepared to climb six flights of stairs!

Fifth Floor (6th Floor U.S.): Enter into a living/dining room with windows to the southeast, ensuring plenty of light. The dining table with an extension can accommodate up to eight people, while one of the couches in the living area expands into a standard double sofa bed (140 cm) which will comfortably sleep one person. Lounge in front of the (decorative) fireplace with a book or watch cable TV. A small bedroom with a standard double bed (140 cm) looks out onto a courtyard rather than the street, ensuring a more quiet sleep. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub. Finally, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, cook-top, oven, and washing machine.

- Upon arrival in Paris, the local property manager will take an imprint of your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) to cover any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
Additional Expenses
- For stays longer than one week, extra maid service is available for an additional charge, for a minimum of two hours per day. The hourly cleaning fee is: 30 EUR
- Local calls within Paris are free. Clients will need to purchase a phone card to make long distance calls or calls to cell phone numbers.
- Arrival Fee (after 8 pm or on a Bank Holiday) Payable upon Arrival: 75 EUR

- UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A FORM FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES OR ACCESS TO THE APARMENT MAY BE DENIED.
