This lovely villa is located 4 km outside of Les Arcs sur Argens, a small, quiet village in the southern part of Provence. The old part of the village is located beyond a gate with a clock tower, where you will find charming alleyways and old buildings. Sights to see include the Parage tower, an 11th century dungeon, the remains of the Arcubus Castrum, and the chapel of St Pierre (13th - 15th century). The village also has shops, restaurants, and other conveniences as well as a railway station. Nearby you'll also find Draguignan, a larger but still characteristic city with ancient chapels, churches, city squares, and a few museums. You will also find musical entertainment in the summer and various festivals and fairs throughout the year. This area is a great way to immerse yourself in the culture and the picturesque countryside. Going out to the coast of the Cote d'Azur, you can visit Frejus, a city founded by Julius Caesar! Today it is still filled with monuments, including a large 2nd century Gallic amphitheatre, a Roman theatre, the Porte Doree, an aqueduct and more. The city has a port and some sandy beaches. Beyond that, there are all the other magnificent cities of the Cote d'Azur!
