First Floor (accessed by a marble staircase): There is a bedroom with queen bed (160 x 180), a bathroom with sink, toilet and tub; two bedrooms with queen beds (160 x 180) each with a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower; another bedroom with a queen bed(160 x 180) accessed from the terrace with en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. All of the bedrooms have access to the panoramic terrace.

Overall:
It was an amazing experience that we all enjoyed. It was a great spot for our family vacation with our adult children and their partners.
Enjoyed Most:
Fabulous view of the Amalfi coast from all balconies and the pool area. Proximity to all the Amalfi towns, walking distance to several great restaurants. The property itself is stunning. Great parking area on site. Our host, Luca was amazing...he dealt with any issues and questions immediately, helped us set up local tours and was just generally cheery and helpful.
Enjoyed Least:
Not applicable...we loved the property.
Surrounding Area:
All the amenities were within easy access (grocery stores, restaurants, etc,). People were very friendly and welcoming, especially considering our limited Italian.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sam Pietro was within easy walking distance.
Tips or Restaurants:
Basics such as salt, pepper and Olive Oil were provided. Beyond that you must provide your own food and spices (as I expected). If you need coffee the first morning, bring it with you.
The Hotel Royal Hills and Zio Sams restaurants were both within walking distance and provided varied menus and excellent food.
Directions:
We entered the address into our GPS, rather than the GPS coordinates provided and managed to get ourselves lost. However Luca, our host, immediately gave us an easy to find landmark and met us and escorted us in.
Use the GPS coordinates not the address and use the Hotel Royal Hills as a landmark to ensure you are in the right area.
