Forte dei Marmi is the place to go to be seen, sunbathe on the groomed beaches, browse the best shops, and eat in wonderful restaurants. At the same time, this villa apartment is a perfect place to relax and read in the lovely garden, after a day of sightseeing or taking in all that Forte dei Marmi has to offer. It is also a great place to rent bikes for transportation to the town and beach.

This lovely villa apartment is located in the best and most central part of Forte dei Marmi. Known as Roma Imperiale, it is considered to be the most “in”and desireable area due to the extremely beautiful villas with their surrounding gardens, the nearby beaches, and all of the best boutiques withing walking distance. There is also a very nice 18-hole golf course about 3kms away, as well as a bike rental shop about 5 minutes away by foot.

Entering the private gates of the villa, guests have their own private parking area (for two cars) and a part of the garden is designated for them and equipped with a table and chairs. The garden surrounding the villa has century-old pine trees that create a relaxing atmosphere when combined with the typical breeze coming from the nearby sea. The lovely apartment is on the first floor of the beautiful Italian villa.

Upon entering this apartment is the spacious living room that has a bright airy summer feel, with its large couch and comfortable chairs. There is also a fireplace and a dining area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The apartment has two bedrooms: one is twin-bedded, and the second has a queen-size bed. There is a single bed located in the entrance. The apartment has two balconies looking over the garden. The bathroom has a shower and has been nicely done with travertine marble.
