	Location This Florence holiday accommodation is located in the center of the city on via dei Ginori. The Piazza del Duomo is two blocks away, the central market is around the corner, and the train station is a ten minute walk.


	Exterior Description This Florence rental apartment is located in a beautiful and historic 16th century palazzo, designed by Baccio D'Agnolo between 1516 and 1520.


	Interior Description (60 m2) First floor (elevator): This Florence apartment is furnished with many antiques. The entrance has a chest of drawers with a marble top. The living/dining room has a 19th century sofa and two armchairs, a round dining table with six 19th century chairs, writing table, 19th century buffet and a chest of drawers. There is a small kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric glass cook top, small oven, refrigerator and a small pantry. There is a twin-bedded room with a closet and an en suite bathroom with a tub, sink and WC.

Conditions *

Security Deposit

• Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 200 EUR

Additional Expenses

• If you arrive outside of the posted arrival times the following amount will be withheld from the security deposit: 30 EUR

• Extra maid service is available upon request at the hourly rate of: 10 EUR

• If the property is not left clean at the time of departure, clients will be charged a final cleaning fee of: 50 EUR

• A cell phone is available on request. Clients must pay a deposit, which will be returned in full when the telephone is given back to the owner. The deposit for the cell phone is: 80 EUR

Other Notes

• If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather

• Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
