(500 m2) This lovely Tuscany villa rental is surrounded by a large, well maintained garden, ensuring privacy, peace, quiet, and breathtaking views. The garden is fully equipped with several sitting areas including a veranda with deck chairs and two dining tables. There is also an outdoor shower. There is parking for two cars in front of the villa gates. There is a Jacuzzi (on request and paid locally) and an outdoor shower with hot water.

(250 m2) The owners, who are avid travellers, have recently refurbished the entire villa and have furnished it with many collectibles from trips abroad, giving the home a chic yet ethnic feel. The walls have been painted in strong colourful tints giving a colorful touch to this already unique home.
Ground floor: Upon entering the ground floor of the villa, there is a small sitting room with a fireplace and French windows that look onto the garden. In addition, there is a television room, the kitchen, and a dining room. The kitchen is just off the veranda, making dining outdoors an easy task. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top, and an electric oven.
First floor (elevator): An elevator takes you from the ground floor to the first and the second floors. On the first floor is the main entrance and a very large living room with several comfortable white sofas and chairs, as well as a fireplace. There is also a bay window and a mini-bar just off the living room. On this floor there is also a guest bathroom with a sink and WC.
Second floor (elevator): The second floor has 3 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which two are en suite. The “Blue Room” has a queen-size bed (160cm x 190cm) and an en suite bathroom with tub with handheld shower head, sink and WC. The “Yellow Room” has a queen-size bed (160cm x 190cm) and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. The “Purple Room” has a queen-size bed (160cm x 190cm). There is a bathroom in front of the bedroom with a shower, sink and WC.
Third floor: From the second floor there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where there are two more double bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en suite. The “Yellow Room” has a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. There is also an extra single bed (80cm x 190cm), appropriate for a child, in this bedroom. The “White Room” has a standard double bed (145cm x 180cm). There is a bathroom for this room just in front with a shower, sink and WC.
There are several small balconies off some of the bedrooms and there are views from the entire house of the rolling Tuscan countryside.
