This is an ideal choice for families or couples who want to walk down to enjoy restaurants in the village or have an evening drink in the main square. Along with the town of Pollensa, you can also enjoy numerous walks in the hills, where you’ll have even more views of the bay. Down on the seafront in Puerto Pollensa, you can enjoy warm, shallow waters and hotels that retain an air of the 1920’s, from when tourists first started frequenting the area. If you’re interested in the historical element of the island, there are also several small museums in the area.

The Pollensa area around this villa in Spain offers a number of different activities; the foremost being beaches, 6 km away. Several natural ones dot the coastline, as well as the primary man-made beach, which has been recently extended. The usual array of facilities and water sports are available. The waters of the bay are particularly warm and shallow, good for families with children. Closer to your villa, in town, are the Calvario steps, all 365 of them, which are used every Good Friday for a religious procession. The old town of Pollensa, where your villa is located, offers many historic buildings (including a former Jesuit convent), as well as a Sunday morning market in Placa Major square. Pollensa is also home to the Albufereta Nature Reserve, 150 hectares of canals, lakes, and reed beds filled with nearly 200 species of birds.

This gorgeous hillside villa has various terraces and balconies, stair-stepping into each other from different levels. Chairs (lounge, padded, wooden, and papasan) and tables are scattered throughout. A lower level descends to the ground, where a pool (7m x 3m) is protected from surrounding properties by trees and bushes.

Ground Floor: The entrance leads into a combination kitchen/living/dining room, which has a couch and chairs around a coffee table and TV. On the other side of the room is a dining table for six, along with a corner kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. French doors open out onto the balcony, providing more space for dining outdoors. An adjacent laundry room has a washing machine.
First Floor: Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom (toilet, sink, bathtub, and separate shower). You also have access here to a private terrace.
Lower Level (Garden and Pool Level): Downstairs from the ground level, you find two bedrooms, each with two 80 cm twin beds (these can be joined to form queen-sized beds upon request). Another bedroom contains a bunk bed, another twin bed, and a sink. For this floor there is a bathroom with sink and tub, with a separate WC. Outside, there is a shower for pool use (no inside access).
