(1000 m2) An original finca built by renowned Italian architect Franco Soro, the house is surrounded by typical Mediterranean flora, such as pines, bougainvillea, palms, and cacti. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by a large garden terrace. There are two additional terraces furnished with chaises. Resort residents enjoy access to a shared swimming pool situated on the sea.

Main floor: There is a very large living room, a dining room, and an eat-in kitchen (with microwave oven, dishwasher, double extra large refrigerator and freezer) with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Formentera (10 miles across the bay.)
First floor: There are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a fifth bedroom, which has a bathroom opposite its entrance. All bedrooms face the sea, and four of the bedrooms open onto a spacious terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Two of the bathrooms have tubs, three have showers only.

Nearby attractions: There are over one hundred beaches in the area. They are small and large and can be reached by car within 25 minutes from the villa. Ibiza town, which is a ten minute drive from the villa, has two marinas and the town of Santa Eulalia, which is the same distance in the other direction, has another marina. In both Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia there are plenty of boat rentals. The villa and its local agent are equipped with full details of restaurants and any type of request can be met.

Enjoyed Most:
Space, peace and quiet , plus beautiful view
Unpleasant Surprises:
The presence of the maid can be intrusive at times. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was not functioning properly. Despite 2 maintenance visits the problem was not fully resolved.
Surrounding Area:
Everywhere on the island was accessible within a half hour drive.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Jesus - not within walking distance. A car is essential for this property

Overall:
The beaches are everywhere. There is a small beach within a 5-minute drive and a large selection of larger beaches with attendant restaurants. Salinas beach is probably one of the most popular and the Jockey Club was our favorite spot.
A trip to Formentara is certainly worthwhile. We chartered a small yacht, which is by far the best way to see this island.

We had to call the plumber twice for problems with hot water and shower drains.
Surrounding Area:
The Ibiza Country Club golf course was 5 minutes away. It was very well maintained and quite challenging. Lunch is included in the greens fee and was quite good.

Jesus, approximately 3 miles, is not within walking distance
Tips or Restaurants:
Excellent and interesting restaurants in the Yacht marina area, the city and in Dalt Vila the fortress city.
Directions:
The owner's representative met us at the airport and was most helpful at all times during our stay. We followed her to the villa.

Overall:
My family had a very welcome feeling at this villa. It suited us with its style—simple yet sophisticated, stunning yet subdued. It is a first rate experience that left no need unmet. The homey feel, the soft towels, the fully stocked kitchen for any and all culinary endeavors, the deep bath tubs, the DSL connection, the refreshing pool, the large balconies, the close proximity to restaurants and markets, the cozy custom designed siesta chaises, and the countless other comfortable spots to sit or lay down on, and an incredible view leave little left to desire.
Enjoyed Most:
We enjoyed the incredible views from every room in the house that make you feel as though you are on a boat in the middle of the Mediterranean. Between the security gate at the entrance to the Roca Llisa community and the house alarm, my family and I all felt incredibly safe in the house. The house was kept clean by the staff and the owners were incredibly attentive. They seemed to strive to consistently improve the service they provide.
Surrounding Area
We appreciated the convenience of having a totally secluded and scarcely visited cala just a four minute drive away. We love to snorkel and swim in picturesque and uncrowded settings and Cala Olivera was perfect for our taste. We also enjoyed the white sand and turquoise water of the more populated Ibiza sand beaches which are a short drive away. The villa is conveniently located fifteen minutes from the city center of Ibiza.
