From your Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 3 km of all the necessities: restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and of course the beach. You’re also nearby beautiful Granadella Bay. 6.5 km by car will take you into Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you feel like taking a day trip, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora of available water sports: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between "medieval knights."

(1000 m2) Paved roads lead you into this quiet residential area, located on the Cabo de la Nao plateau. 50 meters removed from adjacent houses, your Spanish style villa has both covered and open terraces, upstairs and down. Here you’ll have your own private pool (10m x 5m) and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. In the afternoon you can enjoy a drink while sitting in cane furniture on the terrace, or cook an outdoor meal on the barbecue. Your garden is a mix of gravel and grass, fenced for extra privacy. On the other side of the house, you’ve also got closed parking for two cars.
InteriorDescription
(140 m2) Ground Floor: Enter into a living/dining room tastefully decorated in unusual but beautiful pinks and yellows. Here you can gather and chat or watch satellite TV from either of the couches, or sit down for a meal at a round table with room for six. A spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and toaster. Two bedrooms each have a pair of 90 cm-wide twin beds; these can be joined to form king-size beds upon request. These rooms share one bathroom which contains a toilet, sink, and tub with handheld showerhead. An outside storage room also has a washing machine and dryer.
First Floor: About fifteen steps take you to the first floor, where there is a single bedroom with a king-size (180 cm) bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Also accessible from the bedroom are two upstairs terraces.
