Location Description

From your four-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, you’ll be within 3 km of all the necessities: restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and beautiful Granadella beach. 6 km by car will take you into Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between "medieval knights."

Exterior Description

(1000 m2) This villa is set in a nice residential area with plenty of privacy. Your outdoor area is fenced and the villa is 50 meters from any other residences. You’ll have a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees, along with a portable barbeque and dining area on a terrace with a view of the sea. Another terrace has a retractable canvas roof, with couches and an open fireplace. You’ll also have a covered outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven. Comfortable furniture, from armchairs to tables to lounge chairs and umbrellas, provide seating for all your needs. And of course, there is a private swimming pool (4m x 8m, 1.6m deep), and closed parking for several cars. From the street and parking area there are fifteen steps up to the villa.

Interior Description

(210 m2)
Ground Floor: You’ll enter this villa via a spacious living/dining room with vaulted ceilings, where you’ll find an open fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, and dining table with room for six. Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide gorgeous views and a stone wall adds charm. A white, black, and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, and toaster. Two bedrooms each have a pair of 90 cm-wide twin-beds (these can be combined to form king-sized beds upon request); one room has access to the poolside terrace. They share one bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower; there is access to the bathroom via one of the bedrooms and also from the hall. A laundry room has a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
First Floor: Fifteen steps lead up to the first floor, where you’ll find another bedroom with two twin-beds (90 cm) that can be combined upon request. The master bedroom contains a king-size (180 cm) bed, as well as a large window with a great sea view, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, Jacuzzi, and shower. Finally, a lofted, open area above the living/dining room has a sofa bed (suitable for sleeping one), a desk, and ADSL internet access for laptops (at an extra charge).
