Location Description

This Spanish villa is located in Javea in the district of Capsades on the Costa Blanca. Javea has grown from a simple fishing village to form “three towns in one.” In addition to the fishing area, it has a cozy central town and a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Take a daytrip to Calpe and marvel at the huge Penon de Ifach rock that dominates the landscape or explore ancient archeological finds and kilometers of sandy beach. Altea is a Moorish town known for its artists. Along the seafront there are many restaurants and shops. At the top of the town is an ancient blue-roofed church, Nuestra Senora del Consuelo, with cobblestone path leading downward. If you're interested in the Spanish nightlife, try Benidorm, which also has a selection of interesting theme parks such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.

Exterior Description

(1200 m2) Built in 2005, this beautiful villa has been designed in a traditional Spanish style with stunning views overlooking the residential district and countryside. There is a fenced garden with plants and flowers, private swimming pool (4m x 9m) and an outside shower. A covered terrace with barbecue area is ideal for relaxing by the pool. There are deck chairs and garden furniture. Guests can park in the garage.

(200 m2)
Ground Floor: Stepping through the front door is a comfortable living/dining room with wood-beam ceilings and tiled floors. This light and bright room features a large couch, armchair, open fireplace, satellite TV, table with seating for six and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and microwave. On this floor are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two 85 cm single beds. One bathroom has a sink, bidet, WC and shower. There is also another separate WC.
First Floor: Going up the stairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed that opens onto a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, bidet, shower, and WC.
