LocationDescription

This villa is located near Javea, within 5 km of all the necessities, such as supermarkets and restaurants. A five minute drive takes you into the heart of Javea, a little village divided into three parts. First, it began as a simple fishing village, but it has since expanded into a central town and also a separate beach area known as Arenal. At the beach you will find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. Longer day trips will take you to Valencia or Alicante. In the region, there are 24 golf and tennis courts, and a variety of water sports: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has several discotheques open at night. Young and old alike will enjoy either of the two water parks, filled with sea life. There is also a historic theme park, called Terra Mitica, which offers exciting fights between medieval knights. You are also very close to Denia, a small town famous for its raisins—and also voted third healthiest place to live by the World Health Organization!

This villa is located on a paved road in a quiet, wooded residential area close to the old town of Javea. It has a beautiful view of Mount Montgo, the valley, and the surrounding country. The closest property nearby is about 50 meters away, and the garden, terraces, and lawn area are fenced to provide privacy. Inside, you will find a private swimming pool (5m x 9m), a pool terrace with garden furniture, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque. There is also closed parking for several cars. Note that the swimming pool and barbeque are on level with the first floor of the apartment, so visitors will need to climb a few stairs from the ground floor to get there.

Only the ground floor of this villa, consisting of two independent apartments, is rented. The first floor remains uninhabited during the rental period.
Ground Floor (Unit 1): Here you will find a combination living/dining room with a satellite TV and couches. A bar with two stools separates the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There are two bedrooms in this apartment. The first contains a 140 cm standard double bed while the second has two 90 cm twin beds (which can be combined to form a king-sized bed upon request). The rooms share a bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead.
Ground Floor (Unit 2): This apartment opens into a combination living/dining room with a satellite TV and couches. The kitchen, separated from the dining room by a bar with two stools, is equipped with a microwave and an oven. The bedroom contains a 140 cm standard double bed. The en suite bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead.
