Location Description

A two-minute drive from this villa will take you to all the necessities: a supermarket, restaurants, shops, and even tennis courts. The nearest beach is La Barraca, at three kilometers away. A drive of seven kilometers will take you into the heart of Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. Alongside Javea, you'll find Cabo de Nao, which is a small hill with a lighthouse on top. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a plethora of water sports available: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. The historic theme park Terra Mitica in Benidorm, Alicante is a fun trip for the whole family! Made up of the five civilizations of the Mediterranean, each area offers special attractions with everything from medieval knight fights to a roller coaster. There are also cafes, restaurants, and shops inside the park.

This independent villa is situated above the bay of Portichol, offering beautiful views of the sea. There is a private swimming pool (9m x 4m) with sun loungers as well as a garden with a small lawn area. Parking as available for several cars.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The living room has a couch, satellite TV, and a fireplace, as well as views looking over the bay of Portichol. There is an open dining room with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have 180 cm king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub; the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
